I am an early career General Psychologist working towards clinical endorsement with a passion for supporting children, adolescents, and families. I have completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours), a Master of Professional Psychology, and Master of Clinical Psychology.

I am dedicated to helping young people navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, social skills, self-esteem, learning difficulties, bullying and neurodivergence, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD. I also work closely with parents to provide guidance and strategies that foster their child’s emotional and behavioural development. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where children feel safe, heard, and empowered.

My therapeutic approach is child centred, playful, and strengths-based, incorporating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and family-focused interventions. I tailor each session to the unique needs of the child, using creative and engaging strategies to help them build confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being.

If your child is struggling with anxiety, big emotions, social challenges, learning difficulties, or behavioural concerns, I would love to support your family in finding positive ways forward.
