We realise that sometimes things do not go as smoothly as planned and we would encourage you to discuss any areas where your expectations have not been met with the Clinician or staff member involved. If you feel you are unable to address it with them directly please send your feedback preferably in writing via email to cdn@cd.net.au Attn to the Practice Manager, or call 07 3369 3369 and ask to speak to the Practice Manager.
