I am a Clinical Psychologist and I work to support children, adolescents and young adults across a wide range of areas. I hold a Bachelor of Psychological Science with Honours and a Master of Psychology (Clinical). Some presentations I typically work with include Anxiety, Depression, Autism (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and broad emotional regulation difficulties.

I have a particular passion for working with neurodiverse individuals. As someone who is neurodivergent myself, I bring both clinical expertise and a lived understanding to this work, which helps me connect with clients in a meaningful and compassionate way. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, cultures, genders and sexual orientations. Whether you are seeking support for long-standing concerns or simply looking for a safe, non-judgmental space to reflect and check in, I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs and goals.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Above all, I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of effective therapy, and I aim to create a warm, safe, and collaborative environment for every client.
