I am a General Psychologist working towards their clinical endorsement. I have completed my Bachelor (Honours) in Psychological Science and Masters of Psychology (Clinical). My experience has included work with a wide range of age groups and presentations and I welcome clients from all backgrounds, cultures, genders, and sexual orientations.

In particular, I love working with children, adolescents, young adults, and parents to help them achieve their goals whether it be treating long-term issues such as depression or simply providing a safe space to check in. If you or your child are struggling with issues related to depression, anxiety, anger, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, learning difficulties, or interpersonal conflicts, I would love to meet with you.

My therapeutic style draws from a range of different interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solutions Focused Therapy (SFT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Most importantly though, I focus on developing strong therapeutic relationships and creating a safe space for each of my clients to explore their issues through individualised therapy plans.
