Heather is a Clinical Psychologist Registrar holding Master Degrees in Clinical and Professional Psychology. She has worked in private and community practice for assessment and treatment of anxiety and mood disorders, trauma, domestic and family violence and personality disorders across the lifespan. Heather has a focused interested in neurodivergence.

Heather consults at the Child Development Network providing psychological assessment services for individuals aged 5 to 25 years for diagnostic assessments. Just as every individual is not the same, not every assessment is the same and they are tailored based on presenting concerns. 

Heather offers assessment services for;  

  • Autism
  • ADHD
  • Assessment of cognitive functioning, including intellectual impairment or giftedness
  • Specific Learning Disorder (commonly referred to as Dyslexia or Dyscalculia)
  • School Readiness
  • NDIS review assessments, including psychosocial concerns and adaptive functioning
  • Exploration of executive functioning on learning and functioning at school/work

Heather strives for a warm, empathetic, and collaborative approach to her assessments and often consults with clinical psychologists, developmental and behavioural paediatricians and psychiatrists behind the scenes to ensure optimal care. She aims to gain a comprehensive understanding of individual strengths and challenges to inform supports and recommendations moving forward.
